It is upto us to accept it or reject it .
Why should an action or a statement made by others hurt you and then you keep thinking the reasons as to why he said that or what made him say that or what is it that has made him say that.
I remember a quote I read long time back which really impressed me and has stuck to my memory . It goes like this :
WHILE YOU MAY BE AWAKE AT NIGHT, PONDERING OVER WHAT SOMEONE HAS SAID TO YOU, YOUR CRITIC MAY BE BLISSFULLY ASLEEP, GENUINELY UNAWARE OF THE INTERPRETAIONS YOU HAVE PLACED ON HIS WORDS.
One need not keep on harping and thinking on such statements. The true philospophy is
SUNO SABKI PAR KARO WOH JO TUMHARA MANN CHAHE

Sorry this is not a comment but rather a means to communicate with u..I came to know u are a BIT Mesra alumni and working at L&T.. I am to about to be pass now from BIT in B.E.(production). I was selected in L&T as per campus placements..But L&T sent us the indefinite deferral for our joining..Sir u are very senior to us and might be holding a very top manangement level in L&T..Will u please help me to know what is our status as per our joining there..More over sir as our senoir please guide me what I should do as I am about to pass and have no job..Please help..My email id is (prince.anzaar@gmail.com)..
