Everyday is an experience, whether it is interaction with colleagues, students or people in general. From the interaction I have had with students, I have gained so much about different things in life. They are so full of life and energy, coming from different backgrounds, bringing their own experiences, fears and joys which they want to share with you and at the same time learn new things
Guiding, motivating and leading them to a path of self fulfillment is such a lovely experience and when you hear a thank you note from them it is really satisfying and gratifying. You feel that by making some suggestions, you have made a difference in their life
Sometimes , during the interactions, you move quite close to them and then some people draw a different meaning of such interactions. From my point of view, whenever I have come closer to any one of them, the feeling or intention is only to help them in their personal and professional life. By being one of them and sharing their happiness , you get tremendous joy. You also want to share their sorrows with the sole objective of consoling and giving them courage to face the world.
Money looses its importance under such cirumstances and the only thing that counts is their happiness and their upliftment and growth in life , so that they can face the challenges and also become a better human being
